| Step 1: Authentication / Login | Visit upsssc.gov.in. Log in via the Applicant Segment using your UP PET 2025 Registration Number and OTP sent to your registered mobile/email. |
| Step 2: Profile Dashboard | Once logged in, your personal details (Name, Category, Domicile, EWS status) from PET 2025 will be fetched automatically. |
| Step 3: Post Selection & Details | Select the post(s) you want to apply for. Enter your educational details (B.Com details, passing year, roll number, and O Level certificate date). Click "Submit" to generate an 11-digit application number. |
| Step 4: Photo & Signature | Your photo and signature from the PET 2025 database will automatically load. Modifications are not permitted here. Click "Continue". |
| Step 5: Preferences & Declaration | Enter your post/department preferences and any preferential qualifications. Read the final declaration, tick the verification checkboxes, and click "Save and Submit". |
| Step 6: Processing Fee Payment | Pay the application processing fee (₹25) online via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or SBI E-Challan. |
| Step 7: Final Printout | Upon successful payment adjustment, the form submits automatically. Download and print the complete confirmation page for document verification. |
| Note on Double Verification: | If your payment fails or status remains Pending , click "Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification" on the homepage dashboard to fix it. |
